Hi, I’m Dr. Kate Bochnewetch PT, DPT, aka “The Running DPT”!

I’m a physical therapist, run, and strength coach working exclusively with runners living with chronic illness and/or pain! As a lifelong runner and mover, chronic illness diagnosis prompted me to change the way I view exercise, running, and its role in my life. I’m on a mission to help runners living with chronic illness/pain stop fighting against themselves and start finding balance!
