Learn how to find your ‘training sweet spot’, be kinder to yourself, and participate in joyful running while putting your health at the forefront!
I’m a physical therapist, run, and strength coach living with hEDS, POTS, and chronic migraine, and I work exclusively with runners living with chronic illness and/or pain!
As a lifelong runner and mover, chronic illness diagnosis prompted me to change the way I view exercise, running, and its role in my life. I’m on a mission to help runners living with chronic illness/pain stop fighting against themselves and start finding balance!
“Working with you the past two years has been an incredible experience and I’ve learned so much and built so much confidence and strength (physical and mental) with your support and guidance. Following you brought me deeper into what I consider the “holistic running community”, and that has irreversibly shaped my perspective on the sport and lifestyle.”
“I am really starting to notice how much stronger my body is feeling compared to before I started working with you. I feel like I’m more confident just moving through life and feel more protected with some more muscle.”
“Thanks for supporting my changing goals in running in a way that’s sustainable for me 🙂 from running a half marathon to getting through the winter lol.”
“I can lift weights and take up space in the gym without being intimidated. I am forever grateful to you and your accountable yet gentle coaching.”
The Strong Runner Revolution: Coach Kate’s one-on-one run and strength coaching program
This program is for runners living with chronic illness/pain who:
• Are ready to return to running
• Are looking to find balance in their training and reduce training-related flares
• Have a history of running related injury and want the guidance of a physical therapist for injury prevention
• Want to find the JOY in training again
• Are looking to become a stronger, more resilient runner!
• Are ready to put their health and wellbeing (inside and out) at the forefront
*Small Group Option: calling all training buddies! I am now accepting groups of up to 5 runners who are working towards a common event or goal. The runners do not have to match in training pace. The group will share a similar plan with appropriate personalization to meet each runner where they're at. Includes run and strength coaching. Great for friends who run races together and get together for their weekend long run and brunch combo, couples (or two couples!) who want to train together, long distance running friends who want a new way to connect through this amazing sport, and more! GROUP DISCOUNT APPLIES, THE LARGER THE GROUP THE BIGGER THE DISCOUNT!
