The Strong Runner Revolution: Coach Kate’s one-on-one run and strength coaching program

This program is for runners living with chronic illness/pain who:

  • Are ready to return to running
  • Are looking to find balance in their training and reduce training-related flares
  • Have a history of running related injury and want the guidance of a physical therapist for injury prevention
  • Want to find the JOY in training again
  • Are looking to become a stronger, more resilient runner!
  • Are ready to put their health and wellbeing (inside and out) at the forefront

StartStrong For Runners: Coach Kate’s one-on-one strength coaching program

This program is for runners who are:

💪🏻 ready to commit to at least 2x 30 minute strength training sessions per week

💪🏻 not currently training for a race

💪🏻 sick of bouncing around programs/workouts and not seeing any real change

💪🏻 new or relatively new to strength training (beginner through intermediate is appropriate)

💪🏻 looking for custom programming & virtual coaching feedback 

💪🏻 open to new ideas & change

*also appropriate for my spoonie runner community and a GREAT way to get strong and gain function!

Race Readiness: Coach Jenna’s one-on-one run and strength coaching program

This program is for runners who:

  • Are ready to take their training to the next level
  • Want to hit big PR’s
  • Are looking to discover their TRUE POTENTIAL in racing
  • Want to find the best balance between running and strength training for their goals
  • Want consistent support and accountability
