Strong Beginnings: Coach Kate’s 12 week group strength training program for runners

This program is for runners who:

  • Are new or relatively new to strength training
  • Want to become stronger, more resilient, and more confident in the weight room
  • Want to learn lifting form and how to best strength train for performance and injury prevention as a runner
  • Are looking to dip their toe into working with a coach without the one-on-one commitment
  • Want to get STRONG in a supportive online group environment
