Coach Kate:

Kate Bochnewetch PT, DPT, CSCS is a North Carolina based physical therapist and lifelong runner. She graduated from Nazareth College with her Bachelor’s of Science degree and Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Kate is also an RRCA Run Coach, strength coach, and Level 1 Certified Running Gait Analyst. Her passion for working with runners has lead her to found The Running DPT LLC to pursue a career in performance based rehabilitation and run coaching, working with runners to improve performance, return to running after an injury, injury prevention, and much more. Kate helps runners living with chronic illness/pain find their ‘training sweet spot’, be kinder to themselves, and participate in joyful running without sacrificing their health. Outside of running, Kate enjoys camping, hiking, binge-watching Gilmore Girls, and a nice grilled cheese sandwich.

Coach Jenna:

Jenna Zajac PT, DPT is a Boston, MA based physical therapist and PhD candidate. She graduated from Nazareth College with her Bachelor’s of Science degree and Doctorate of Physical Therapy, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences at Boston University. A lifelong athlete, Jenna found her passion in running during college and poured herself into learning the sport inside and out. Fun fact- Jenna once BQ’d on a treadmill by herself! Jenna currently trains in Boston under Top American Boston Marathon Finisher Nell Rojas. Outside of running and academics, she loves spending time in nature, hiking, cooking, and reading. Jenna provides personalized run and strength coaching in her Race Readiness program for runners looking to hit big PR’s and reach their full potential. Jenna has a passion for helping others reach their goals, test their limits, and learn to enjoy every step of the way!
